Young Leaders Panel: Ayomide Olaoye

Ayomide is 24 and migrated to Britain from Nigeria when he was 10. After university he studied to become a Chartered Accountant while training as an auditor at EY and now works as an Assistant Finance Manager for Compass Group PLC. He has previously featured in the annual Future Leaders Magazine that profiles 100 of the best African and Caribbean graduates in the UK with the aim of providing role models for young people.

He expresses: “The biggest challenge young migrants are to overcome is having the self-belief to view success as a strong possibility for them and having the courage to implement actions that will bring that belief to reality.”
