This experience offered our mentees a unique inside view of Amazon’s business, people, and culture, while helping them build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in the world of work.

Last night, we were proud to come together with Ipsos for an inspiring Mentoring Circles event, focused on empowering young first- and second-generation migrants to thrive in their careers.
A huge thank you to everyone at Ipsos for such a thoughtful evening — from the introduction to Ipsos’ values, to sharing Migrant Leaders’ mission, to the practical insights on future talent recruitment and the skills young people need to succeed in today’s workplace.
