Last night, we were proud to come together with Ipsos for an inspiring Mentoring Circles event, focused on empowering young first- and second-generation migrants to thrive in their careers.

On 23 September 2025, more than 250 Sixth Form students at Alec Reed Academy came together to hear directly from our Founder & CEO, Elham Fardad. She shared her journey, reflections on leadership, and advice on navigating careers and opportunities.
