We are delighted to announce that Migrant Leaders has been shortlisted in two categories at the Charity Times Awards 2026:

🏆 Digital Transformation of the Year
🏆 Change Project of the Year

Since the launch of our charity in 2017, our small and dedicated team has built a robust programme and operating model, underpinned by strong governance, policies, processes and people. We now support 5,000 young people across more than 450 UK locations, with 2,200 mentors from 95 FTSE 100 and other leading firms.

Our digital transformation is central to scaling this impact.

Launched in 2024, the Migrant Leaders mobile app automates mentor–mentee matching, strengthens the mentoring experience and increases access to opportunities, training and professional connections.

In April 2026, we also collaborated with consulting firm Baringa on a digitisation hackathon, bringing together 35 Baringa employees and 10 Migrant Leaders mentees. The event generated more than 100 ideas and 13 co-created concepts to accele...

Migrant Leaders Mentees Prepare for Work Experience at Computacenter

We are excited that a group of Migrant Leaders mentees will soon join our new corporate partner, Computacenter, for a one-week onsite work experience programme.

The opportunity follows a successful Migrant Leaders event hosted by Computacenter in November, when 40 of our mentees visited the company to discover the wide variety of careers, pathways and opportunities available across the business.

During the event, mentees learned about the real-world technology projects developed by Computacenter—including familiar digital products such as the Domino’s app. Examples like this showed how technology teams create services that millions of people use in their everyday lives.

Amazon Step Up Work Experience Continues to Inspire Migrant Leaders Mentees

We are proud to celebrate another successful week with Amazon as part of our multi-year partnership, continuing to create meaningful opportunities for Migrant Leaders mentees to develop the skills, confidence, and ambition needed to succeed in the world of work.

This week, 16 Migrant Leaders mentees took part in the Amazon Step Up Work Experience Programme, gaining valuable insight into different industries, career pathways, and the capabilities required to thrive in leading organisations.
