Migrant Leaders Mentee: Fiza Khan

"I joined Migrant Leaders as a Mentee in 2022 while studying Law at university. I took part in the Migrant Leaders Development Programme which was instrumental in shaping my confidence and career. Through the programme, I developed key skills which supported my transition from Law to the Aerospace/Engineering industry. I am now working at Rolls-Royce PLC, where I am building a diverse portfolio as part of the Business & Enterprise Graduate Scheme."
