Advisory Board: Sami Gichki

Sami Gichki is an executive strategist and futurist specialising in innovation, equity, and organisational strategy. He is the founder of a consultancy–think tank hybrid driving anti-racism and systemic transformation across sectors. Sami co-chairs the Anti-Racism Executive Committee at Safe Passage International and advises the UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport on the National Youth Strategy. He holds a diverse non-executive portfolio spanning national charities such as the Mental Health Foundation, educational institutions, and the #iWill Fund, which has leveraged over £112 million in match funding. A former chair of the iWill movement, Sami’s commitment to his work is rooted in lived experience, having spent over a decade navigating the UK asylum system.
