Advisory Board: Tom Best

Tom is a Deputy Headteacher at Wembley High Technology College with nine years of experience working in secondary schools in London. He studied German, Spanish and Arabic as an undergraduate at Durham University before starting the Teach First programme in 2010 in London. He gained a Masters Degree in Leadership at University College London's Institute of Education, specialising in change management in schools. Tom currently works with 6^th Form students to maximise their chances of gaining acceptance into Russell Group universities as well as Oxford and Cambridge. He contributes valuable ideas and advice to Migrant Leaders on working with schools and colleges.
