Young Leaders Panel: Yasmin Batalova

Yasmin moved to the UK from Kazakhstan at the age of 16. She read Psychology at the University of St Andrews and spent her gap year in Madrid, working in the HR department of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation. Following that, she completed a masters degree in HR and Organisational Behaviour at the London School of Economics and is currently working in graduate recruitment. Throughout her work and studies, Yasmin has observed and experienced the value of diversity, and therefore strongly identifies with the mission of Migrant Leaders to support motivated young people from diverse backgrounds and to promote inclusion in the workplace.
