“Having seen how much hard work went into my parents carving out their careers after moving to the U.K, I can relate first hand to both first and second generation migrants who are trying to forge a path for themselves. Through trial and error, I have gained experience in what it takes to move on in your career in a larger organisation. I hope to be able to use my experience to make the 'Migrant Leaders' participants feel like they are on a level playing field and can make informed decisions about how to invest in themselves”
