“I am a Senior Finance executive , working in the consumer goods business, looking after 2 business units activities in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. I have been  a kind of business nomad , working and living in several countries , such as Venezuela , Italy, Switzerland , Sweden, Belgium and UK . I have also been on a frequent basis  the first woman in the role, so I do understand a little bit how to adapt to new codes and new rules. I am used to working in a very international environment, also  to create  very diverse teams  because I strongly believe diversity is creating more value ,and always interested to help my team members growing theirs skills and being exposed to new experiences and opportunities.  And today I am willing to share my personal experience with new people and help them to develop their own path to success.”
