"I am delighted to be a mentor for Migrants Leaders, and be able to share my personal experience and advice with less privileged students , help them progress in their career or simply help them get the chance they deserve to succeed and fullfill their dreams. I have spent most of my professional life outside of my Home country, France, and I have learned the unique value, for an organization, of building cross-cultural teams , bringing people from different origins, cultures, ethnicities together and help acquire different perspectives of the world around us. Successful companies of today and tomorrow have to embrace this diversity, for their own benefits".
