Migrant Leaders Mentor: Troy Stewart

"There is no doubt that mentoring can provide invaluable support to individuals.  It provides  an opportunity for them to discuss and test thoughts, ideas and concepts in a safe manner.   I have been trying to assist individuals through various mentoring programs over a number of years. Hopefully this has helped them achieve their personal objectives but it has also provided a ‘mirror’ for myself that has helped me immensely with my own goals and objectives. For example spending a few minutes with  mentees from Migrant leaders has provided very useful insight into how ABB can enhance its own programs for apprentices and graduates. At a more personal level, it has provided me with an opportunity to give ‘something back’ which I gratefully appreciate."
