Migrant Leaders will help talented young people like you reach the very top of the corporate world in Britain through its development programme.

Would you like to be considered for the Migrant Leaders Development Programme?

Migrant Leaders will help talented young people like you reach the very top of the corporate world in Britain through its development programme. We know life in a new country can be tough, even as a second-generation migrant, for several reasons including the possibility that your family may not have the professional networks that can help you progress in your career. However, through our development programme you will be able to unlock workplace opportunities, make valuable connections and build your capability to achieve your ambitions.

You can apply for our Development Programme if you are:

  • A first or second-generation migrant regardless of your background
  • Between 16-25 years old and living in the UK
  • Capable of demonstrating your own potential for leadership, contributions to society and achievements to date

If you would like to be considered for the Migrant Leaders Development Programme, please fill in the form below and submit. Once you have received the confirmation email, please send your supporting documents (a teacher’s written recommendation, including evidence of your exam and coursework results) to [email protected] (include “Candidate Application” in the email subject line).

We will consider your application carefully, reply to you with feedback and let you know whether you have been shortlisted for the next stage in the application process.

Criminal Records Declaration

If your application is suitable to proceed to Stage 2, before we invite you to interview, we will ask you to complete a Confidential Criminal Records Declaration on unspent convictions and send it to us. Having a criminal record doesn't necessarily mean you can't join the development programme. It depends on the type of offence/s. If a criminal record is disclosed we will consider this carefully before deciding whether we will continue to consider you for the Development Programme. Should we pursue your application, at interview, or in a separate discussion, we will discuss the offences or other relevant matters in an open and measured way. If you don't reveal information that is directly relevant to the development programme we may cancel your application or remove you from the programme.
