Migrant Leaders partners with St. James’s Place to offer insight into wealth management careers

Migrant Leaders is partnering with St. James’s Place and EM & MJ Wealth Management, an Associate Partner Practice of St. James’s Place, to offer young people an introduction to careers in investment and wealth management.

Taking place in London on 2 October 2026, the Careers in Investment & Wealth Management Day will bring Migrant Leaders participants together with leaders and Partners from across St. James’s Place.

Participants will learn about wealth creation and wealth management, explore career opportunities across the SJP Group and SJP Academy, and hear from Partners about their career journeys and experiences. The programme will also provide opportunities to ask questions of industry professionals and build connections across the sector.

The collaboration supports Migrant Leaders’ work to help talented young people from under-represented and disadvantaged backgrounds access employers, professional networks and career pathways they may not otherwise encounter. By connecting participants directly with people working in financial services, the event aims to broaden their understanding of the sector and the opportunities available.
