Migrant Leaders Shortlisted for Two Charity Times Awards 2026

awards Jul 23, 2026

We are delighted to announce that Migrant Leaders has been shortlisted in two categories at the Charity Times Awards 2026:

🏆 Digital Transformation of the Year
🏆 Change Project of the Year

Since the launch of our charity in 2017, our small and dedicated team has built a robust programme and operating model, underpinned by strong governance, policies, processes and people. We now support 5,000 young people across more than 450 UK locations, with 2,200 mentors from 95 FTSE 100 and other leading firms.

Our digital transformation is central to scaling this impact.

Launched in 2024, the Migrant Leaders mobile app automates mentor–mentee matching, strengthens the mentoring experience and increases access to opportunities, training and professional connections.

In April 2026, we also collaborated with consulting firm Baringa on a digitisation hackathon, bringing together 35 Baringa employees and 10 Migrant Leaders mentees. The event generated more than 100 ideas and 13 co-created concepts to accelerate our digital development and future impact.

Being shortlisted on these awards are particularly meaningful because they recognise not only what we deliver, but how we are transforming our organisation so that we can reach many more deserving young people while maintaining the quality and personal impact of our programme.

This recognition belongs to our dedicated team, trustees, mentors, mentees, corporate partners and supporters, whose commitment enables us to keep innovating, improving and extending our impact.

We are honoured to be shortlisted alongside so many outstanding charities and projects. Congratulations to all the finalists!
