Migrant Leaders Partners with Amazon to Deliver Work Experience Week

We’re delighted to announce a new partnership between Migrant Leaders and Amazon — and to share a new video capturing key moments from our one-week Work Experience Week collaboration.

This experience offered our mentees a unique inside view of Amazon’s business, people, and culture, while helping them build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in the world of work.

Highlights from the Week

During the programme, our young people:

• 💬 Built their confidence and communication skills

• 🚀 Discovered a wide range of career pathways at Amazon

• 🤝 Worked alongside inspiring Amazon volunteers on real-world tasks and challenges

Partnerships like this are vital to Migrant Leaders’ mission — helping talented young people from underrepresented backgrounds access meaningful opportunities, professional networks, and career insight.
