40 Mentees to Attend London Tech Week and The AI Summit

This year, Informa is providing opportunities for 40 Migrant Leaders university students and graduate mentees to attend two major technology events in London:

🌐 30 mentees will attend London Tech Week at Olympia London
🤖 10 mentees will attend The AI Summit through the Future AI Leaders programme

These experiences will give our mentees access to industry-leading speakers, innovation showcases, networking opportunities, and valuable insights into the technologies shaping the future.

What to Expect

This interactive online session is open to Migrant Leaders mentees and eligible students in our wider community. It offers a valuable opportunity to:

On Thursday, 27 November 2025, A Level (or equivalent) students, university students, and graduates are invited to an inspiring evening of learning, mentoring, and connection at Ipsos, London.

Migrant Leaders is thrilled to announce a partnership with Pfizer, offering mentees an exclusive, full-day experience at Pfizer’s UK commercial headquarters in Walton Oaks, Tadworth, Surrey. This immersive conference and workshop will provide unparalleled access to career stories and insights from Pfizer leaders across multiple business functions. Participants will engage directly with professionals, ask questions, and build valuable connections. The event also includes an interactive workshop where mentees will present their findings to Pfizer representatives.

In partnership with Ciena, Migrant Leaders presented a career stories webinar, offering mentees valuable insights into various professional journeys. The session featured speakers from Ciena who shared their experiences and career paths, providing inspiration and guidance to participants. This collaboration underscores the commitment of both organisations to support the development of young talent.

As part of our continuing Migrant Leaders partnership with Clifford Chance, our students enjoyed our insight day. This included an introduction to Clifford Chance, an insight into the different practices and their values and culture. They heard inspirational career stories as part of a Career Carousel and had the opportunity to network and ask questions. The community outreach team were on hand to talk our students through the pathways into Clifford Chance and give advice on the application process

We are very pleased to share that Migrant Leaders is collaborating with Barclays Investment Bank.

This first collaboration with Barclays was a half-day conference with Barclays Investment Bank which offers advisory, finance, and risk management services to clients.

Over 80 Migrant Leaders students heard career stories from Barclays Investment Bank professionals and had the opportunity to meet them, ask questions and network. They also took part in a Barclays Life Skills workshop designed to give our students essential skills.

We are very pleased to share that Migrant Leaders is continuing to collaborate with Verian Group.

This latest collaboration was a one week internship in April for our Migrant Leaders university students. They found out about all the different parts of social research, and also had the opportunity to develop new skills by getting involved in practical research tasks. They met senior leaders (including the Verian CEO) who shared their experiences of social research, and others who will offer insight into public policy, communities and behaviour change.
